- If you have registered for the project portal and you are not an active user, we will keep your data for a maximum of 1 year.
- If you have registered for our newsletter and if you want to be informed about products, services and events of BIPV.world, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe.
- If you are a customer, we store the personal data that is necessary for the execution of the agreement. We do this for as long as you are a customer and for a maximum period of two years after the end of the customer relationship. During that two-year period, we only use the personal data if the customer relationship would not have been completed in full unforeseen.
- We can keep the personal data necessary for an (imminent) (extra)judicial procedure for longer, namely as long as necessary for the procedure.
- We store personal data that are necessary to comply with the statutory retention obligation of the tax authorities for up to seven years after the end of the customer relationship.
